Monitors their ongoing implementation and compliance. Incorporates all changes upon their occurrence, and ensures clear communication of those changes to the relevant departments. 2.Sets the standards and performance measures (KPI)s of the Treasury Section in line with the companys strategic direction, monitors their timely implementation, and ensures achievement of their objectives. 3.Builds and maintains strong relationship with different banks. 4.Negotiates and manages loans and credit agreements in alignment with the business needs. 5.Ensures bank and inter-company accounts reconciliations are done on a timely basis. 6.Follows up collecting customer due payments on a timely manner to ensure a stable and continuous liquidity status of the organization, and recommends taking the necessary procedure regarding late charge. 7.Oversees and implements strict and well-documented cash management controls in all aspects of the business. 8.Ensures the effective utilization of cash and non-cash facilities, including short-term, long-term, project finance, syndicated loan facilities, letters of credit and guarantee, standby letters of credit, etc.. 9.Manages foreign currency and interest rate exposure as appropriate. 10.Leads the company treasury in internal and external audits and provides the requested documentation to auditors. Qualifications B.Sc from any discipline. Gender Male Education major Finance Experience 6 - 9 Years.
