Description | •Screen, receive telephone calls and take messages •Coordinate reception area, greet guests and clients, determine nature and purpose of visit and driect them or escort them to specific destinations. •Responsible for courier and mail sorting and distribution. Where applicable read and copy. •Responsible for providing personal secretarial, clerical and administrative support as directed by the line manager •Maintain all relevant reception records and files. •May coordinate meetings, schedules, arranging for facilities, equipment and refreshments. •May act as back up for the Office Manager to cover annual or sick leave. |
Qualifications | •University Degree •Excellent communicator and interpersonal skills •Excellent command of the English Language (spoken and written) •Good organizational and time management skills •Good command of PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint and word etc) •Ability to organize and prioritise work without direction •Smart and well presented |
