 Manage and maintain executives schedules.  Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.  Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.  Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.  File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.  Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals.  Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.  Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.  Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings.  Make travel arrangements for executives.
 Bachelor’s degree in English Language.  Certified Administrative Professional will be an Asset.  From 3 to 5 years of experience in the same field.

 Proficiency in using Ms. Word, Excel, Power Point & Internet.  Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms and other office procedures.  Being active listener, well organized, problem solver, attentive to details and accurate in conveying information.  Having excellent verbal and non verbal communication skills, coordination skills and Time Management skills.
