Description	1. Runs complex projects/programs from design and development to production. 2. Defines requirements and plan project lifecycle deployment. 3. Create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning. 4. Manages, directs and oversees MIS team and manages conflicts within group. 5. Develop Requests for Proposals (RFP) for external services. 6. Designs and maintain technical and project documentation. 7. Overlooking the process aspects of individual projects as well as other aspects of release oversight. 8. Recognizing areas for internal improvement and developing plans for implementing them. 9. Lending expertise to internal teams and task forces. 10. Reviewing the status reports of team members across projects and addressing issues as being appropriate.
Qualifications	1. Demonstrated experience in translating customer business requirements into workable world class software solution. 2. A Strong background in Project Management Process, including experience developing work-breakdown structures and project plans 3. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or equivalent 4. Minimum 8 years of IT Management and Project Management in a multinational company. 5. Over 5 years of ERP Functional Consulting Experience. 6. Over 5 years of Oracle Development Experience 7. Must possess experience of 2 to 4 full-cycle ERP implementation projects as a business consultant / team lead for implementing Financials / HRMS / SCM (Procurement) or a combination of any of these modules. 8. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electronics or Computer) from Cairo, Ain Shams, or the American University in Cairo 9. MBA is a plus
