Description	•Dedicated sales performance against assigned Net Revenue, Volume & Product Mix. •Maintain healthy relationships with existing clients, actively exploring opportunities to increase business & selling capabilities. •Responsible for creating new business opportunities through contact with prospective customers. •Responsible for selling new services to new & existing customers. •Provide a consistently high level of service to both external & internal customers of the Company. This will cover both verbal & written customer liaison regarding freight rates, service parameters, information flow & customer enquiries & complaints •Achieving weekly activity objectives (client calls, quotes & closes). •Respond to incoming queries & ensures the resolution of service delivery issues. •Ensure all customer visits, opportunities & any other customer information are updated into One-View in line with the requirements & expectations. •Proactively work with the Finance Department to ensure all payments are collected within the agreed timelines as per agreed credit terms. •Responsible for reviewing & reporting monthly performance. •Responsible for understanding Agility Egypt’s pricing & cost components. Responsible for other duties including: sales presentations, writing sales proposing, implementation, creating & adding to existing marketing materials.
Qualifications	•3-5 years experience in Freight Forwarding Company or Shipping line. •Excellent customer service skills. •Professional image, polished presentation. •Strong relationship building & negotiating skills. •Outstanding interpersonal & communication capabilities. •High energy & results-oriented. •Strong presentation skills. •Ability to work under pressure. •Excellent organization & problem solving skills. •Exceptional written & verbal communication skills. •Self-motivated & adaptable to be able to work with minimal supervision.
