Description	Tenders Study Engineer – Construction, Finishing & Interior Analyze and study prices for all current tenders. • Thorough study of tenders documents. • Visiting sites and studying all possible circumstances during execution and their reflection on prices. • Directly contacting subcontractors, specialized companies and suppliers in cooperation with purchasing section to obtain best rates and specifications for supplies to be used in the tender. • Review and investigate general tender conditions, technical specifications and projects drawings and note what could possibly affect projects cost. • Collecting all project inquiries and ambiguities and getting responses from the owner(s), consultant or site visit. • Inform tenders manager of any problems or influential variations during the studying phase so that they can be handled in time. • Preparing letters for tenders technical and financial offers, as well tables of priced quantities. • Reviewing tender documents. • Prepare final tenders documentations and technical brochures. • Attending opening envelopes session and compose relevant report. • Negotiate with subcontractors and specialized companies for contracting them.
Qualifications	B.Sc. Architecture – Civil Experience in studying, analyzing tenders and market prices Cost accounting Pricing of finishing.
