Description	Review of P&ID,Cause &Effect,Preparation of Design Basis &Instrument Index.Preparation of Specification of DCS,ESD,FDAS, GDS,Foundation Fieldbus,Blending system,MCT,System Architecture, I/O List,Logic Diagram and vendor document review. Preparation of Datasheet and Specification for various instruments like Control Valves,Safety Valves,Smart Transmitters (Pressure, Level, flow and Temperature),Fire &Gas detectors,Orifice plates Sizing Calculation of Control Valves,Safety Valves and Orifice Plate etc.Preparation of instrument field layouts - instrument and JB layout,F &G layout, Cable/Tube Tray Layout and MCT Layout.Preparation of instrument Hookups and Installation details.Preparation of Junction Box wiring details,loop diagram.Preparation of control room/rack room layouts.Preparation of cable/Tube schedule, loop diagram,overall inst.MTO.Checking of Drawings according to Inter Departmental Check for various departments. Preparation of RFQ,TQ &TBA.Co-ordination with Clients & Vendors.Man-hour estimation for proposals. Familiar with International Codes &standard
Qualifications	8 years experience in engineering Projects with 5 years in the Oil /Gas Industry
