Description	The knits production follow up supervisor is totally responsible for the planning and manufacturing follow up of all knits wear until being produced as final product and delivered to warehouses Detailed Tasks : 1.Receiving final approved sample for production of knit wear from R&D department with total quantities required by co. mngt. For production. 2.Specifying and requesting raw materials and accessories 3.Making production plan for each factory illustrating model type, quantities, manufacturing schedule and delivery dates. 4.Making accessories cartel indicating accessory type, code, sample for each accessory of the model type. 5.Making and sending the ratio to the markers section to make actual markers for cutting 6.Making missing list with all missing items of each model type, and delivery dates 7.Issuing cutting order to factories via production planning clarifying the quantities required to be cut for each model after the addition of 5% waste 8.Following up the knit wear production (model type cartel, cut quantities, BOM, missing list, production plan) until the final production of full products to be transported to warehouses.
Qualifications	Qualifications : to perform this job successfully, individual must be able to perform each essential duty efficiently. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and ability required. Education and/or experience : University degree, Faculty of applied arts or B. sc in engineering , textile section with 5 to 10 years experience in similar field. Required skills set : English language proficiency Leadership skills, can manage and motivate others Good communication skills Excellent computer skills (excel, word, e-mails) Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities Good appearance Self starter and results driven Cairo/Greater Cairo resident Completed military service
