| Description | The incumbent is primarily responsible for all incoming official shipments for the USAID and all the OMC agencies except NAMRU, and is also responsible for all incoming government (GOV) and privately owned vehicles (POV) for the USAID and OMC and incoming POV for the NAMRU. The incumbent also acts as Freight Inspector and is responsible for verifying that packing and unpacking of all incoming and outgoing UAB and HHE are in accordance with contract specifications. He/she also serves as a liaison between the packing crews and the arriving or departing employees. |
| Qualifications | 1. Completion of secondary school is required. 2. Three years experience in the field of transportation and customs regulations is required. 3. Level III (good working knowledge) in written and spoken English and Arabic is required. |
