Description	*Maintaining custody of all accounting documents *Verifying and accounting all documents in accordance with the established policies and procedures *Accurate coding of all documents before input into the accounting system *Checking inventory cost by measure of W.A and verifying in/out in the end *Booking of inventory card system *Checking balance of each items by physical inventory weekly *Preparing CPR/CDR and sending it for approval by Finance Manager *Ensure that proper controls are in place on fixed assets of the division *Ensure that stock movements are monitored/controlled *Ensure proper costing of stocks *Preparation and maintenance of Purchase Orders *Preparing monthly activity report (Financial) within first 3 days for the month *Monthly Accounts along with performance review reports to be circulated latest by 7th of every month *Income and Expenditure Variance report to be submitted to Finance Manager within 7 days of circulating the *monthly PNL report *Preparation of Yearly Budget in co-ordination with Finance Manager *Preparing analysis, discussion with Finance Manager, preparing PNL & cash flow for tender submission *Preparing schedules, preparing draft accounts, co-coordinating with auditors for the year end accounts/audit *Ensure that effective control is maintained in distribution and handling of Company Reports

Experience	3 - 5 Years.
Other Skills	Very Good Command of English Excellent in MS Excel Familiar with using Accounting Software Systems
