Description	- Apply group rules, processes, working procedures and checklists concerning AP department organization and AP activities - Produce accurate and reliable AP accounting information (AP invoices bookings and controls, AP payments control and authorizations, centralization in General Ledger, AP closure operations and MGA preparation) - Produce financial information required for local taxes(if any ) and others local needs - Manage AP team activities - Apply accounting closure procedure and planning which is provided by Finance Manager . - Prepare a reporting to Finance Manager on a weekly basis: synthesis on Accounts Payables activities as booking delays, update and analysis of Accounts Payable. - Administrate Supplier file financial information - Manage accounting periods opening and closing in accordance with the closing calendar - Comply with the planning provided by GL to perform the MGA preparation work - Ensure report (unmatched items corrected/not corrected) has been sent to GL MGA Manager
Qualifications	Account Payables Supervisor is in charge to drive AP accounting activities in order to provide accurate and reliable accounting information for Management reporting and local needs. He is responsible for enforcing working plans defined with Finance Manager, monitoring activities of his team, controlling quality and completeness of accounting information, providing required analysis for management and local needs.

Other Skills	- Experienced with Oracle Financial System and Request Tools. - AP cycle expert, good skill of accounting principles - Experienced with monthly closure process and reporting to management . - Experienced with analytical analysis.
