-Responsible for all client communications, conflicts resolutions, and compliance on client deliverables. -Reviews all deliverables to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met. -Manage large clients and present performance to top management. -Report critical and non critical cases to ops manager and manage the escalation procedures. -Aware and in pursuit of opportunities for account growth and new business. -Reports to the Operations Manager, providing regular input on all account activity, including status and call reports on a weekly basis. -Manage Team Leaders and senior team leaders’ performance. -Organize and direct the daily activities of the call center’s operation.
Minimum 4 years of experience in the call center field.
Any
3 - 5 Years.
-Decision Maker. -Problem solver. -Team Player. -Hard Worker. -High communication skills. -Good analytical skills.
