Description | •Responsible for recruitment, selection, and orientation of employees in support of company’s manpower needs. •Develop and implement HR policies and procedures •Monitor and implement the performance management system. •Conduct compensation and benefits plan, reconstruct salary structure, set suitable job evaluation method and implement it. •Lead Surgi-Tech’s Training and Development management •Maintain knowledge of legal requirement for dealings with governmental authorities in aspects related to permits, licenses, social insurance, etc…. •Manage Surgitech’s Human Resource team including personnel functions. |
Qualifications | A degree in HR of recognized academic institute. |
