We seek a responsible and detail-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal skills, to organize and coordinate all administrative activities that ensure the smooth and efficient running of our office in a professional manner.
Desired candidate must be capable of fulfilling the following responsibilities: • Delegating work and workload planning. • Proficient in general MS Office applications. • Responsible for daily data entry and preparation of periodical reports. • Maintaining personnel files and records • Managing minor office expenditures • Dealing with multifaceted queries and complaints from both clients and employees
