Description	1.Assisting the Regional Management, Departments Managers Projects Manager to meet projects requirements. 3.Advise the Corporate Procurement Manager of improvements / changes needed to improve the effectiveness of the Company Integrated Management System (IMS)-Procurement area, at Regional and Project level 4.All procurement activities related to sourcing and management of specialty and commodity materials at this region. Regional Procurement Manager is also responsible for implementation of commodity strategies, ERP management programs and P.Orders/contracts management. 5.Guide the selection, development, and management of suppliers to meet commodity cost and performance goals, with emphasis placed on ability to identify cost targets for relevant technology and product roadmaps 6.Monitor Region current commodity market conditions/trends, technology roadmaps, and identify supply/demand challenges. Develop, implement and communicate tactical and strategic commodity plans internally with the cooperation of the Corporate Manager and the Regional Management and to Archirodon suppliers as appropriate. 9.To undertake any other duties as may be required within the overall purpose of the job. 10.Allocating Procurement personnel to the projects according to availability and experience (in coordination with the Regional Management) Evaluating offers and making recommendations based on commercial and technical factors;
Qualifications	1. Bsc. Of Engineering 2. Min 10-15 years and at least for the last 3 years occupying the same position 4. Experience with multinational construction companies is a must 5. Excellent communication & negotiation skills
