Description	The Program and Project Enhancement Unit fields of work include: Policy advice and analysis, policy & program project assessment, needs assessment, monitoring and evaluation, quantitative and qualitative research study, base line survey, and impact assessment. The applicant for the position of “Officer” is to have the following competencies: - Conducting quantitative and qualitative research and surveys. - Preparing technical proposals. - Preparing and technical review of procedural (workshops, events, fieldwork) reports. - Performing business development activities (e.g. Internet searches, meeting with potential clients and donors, attending conferences, seminars and workshops, etc. - Following-up projects through field visits. - Performing project coordination (follow-up and monitor project plans). - Contributing to preparing logical frameworks. - Preparing progress reports. - Preparing and presenting standard and ad-hoc status and progress reports. - Coordinating unit activities to ensure quality and meet timetables.
Qualifications	- University Degree in business administration, public administration, political science, socio-economics, development studies or social sciences. - At least (4) years of relevant professional experience. Experience with technical assistance projects (specifically as field researcher) is an asset.
