Description	*Site supervision and participation in the implementation of Health, Safety and Environment Management System,Orientate employees (old and new) on HSE requirements; Developing and promoting behavioral safety programs in different projects sites; Conducting safety audits and inspections; Assist in emergency situations, site evacuation plans, etc…; Responsible for communicating, coordinating and the following-up on adherence to safety standards and procedures and projects; Maintaining updated records and documentation on safety data, policies, procedures and forms; Arrange and follow-up on the site provision with the necessary safety equipment. Develop formal written reports (identify process for the department being audited, controls and weakness, observation and recommendation with the staff being audited) to communicate audit results.
Qualifications	*3 years of experience in similar position; Emergency Response etc.; Familiar with Microsoft Office tracking safety performance; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. *Experience in Health & Safety management system would be an asset. •High level of persuasive skills and ability to get on with colleagues. • A formal safety qualification is an asset.
