Description	-Gather requirements for new application development to ensure validity. -Establishing a detailed program specification through discussion with users to ensure validity. -Apply comments on requirements from business users and key stakeholders to ensure satisfactions. -Create and verify system prototypes of new applications with business users and key stakeholders. -Coding and testing new applications, reports and business intelligence models. -Testing and bug fixing of new applications to ensure validity. -Installing the program and conducting final testing to ensure progression. -Sending announcement mails with deployments of new applications to keep publicity -Reacting to problems and correcting the program as necessary to ensure validity. -Evaluating the programs effectiveness to evaluate its performance.
Qualifications	At least 3 years experience in Oracle Applications Ability to work under pressure, and to take critical decision when needed
