Description | 1. Support in preparing schedules of learning events including internal training programs, learning forums, external programs & Abudawood Way modules & insure they are communicated to all levels involved across the served markets. 2. Support in preparing high quality materials for training programs & ensure materials are upgraded on a regular basis using the most up to date technology 3. Build a network of external learning resources / administration suppliers to ensure that Abudawood obtains value for money when buying in these services. 4. Coordinate the external training trips of the Abudawood employees from the served markets & the arrangements of the CLD team in support of learning & development initiatives. This includes arranging hotels, flights, meetings & workshops 5. Support the Corporate Learning & Development Manager in developing & rolling out communication of learning & development initiatives by making creative suggestions, filed visits & coordinating with suppliers of PR services 6. Conduct intensive field visit in the served markets to insure quality and standardization on the learning plan deployment and to observe the impact on business 7. Produces reports & data on learning events including evaluation, attendance records & on the job effect |
Qualifications | University graduate. Fluent English & Arabic Advanced PC skills. Word, PowerPoint, Excel Excellent communication / interpersonal skills Achievement / Motivation Analytical Thinking Influencing Skills Customer Service Orientation Teamwork Concern with Order Organizational Awareness |
