Description	• Collect the stockholders needs and expectations. • Collect the company needs and expectations. • Develop the project requirements document. • Initiate the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM). • Help the R&D team to understand the requirements. • Manage requirements changes during the project life cycle.
Qualifications	• Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 1 to 2 years related experience • Must have strong friendly relationship skills • Interviewing skills, to talk with individuals and groups about their needs and ask the right questions to surface essential requirements information • An understanding of requirements elicitation, analysis, specification, verification, and management practices and the ability to apply them in practice; familiarity with requirements engineering books and resources • Good working knowledge of Microsoft office products. • Knowledge of Software, Hardware, and embedded system development life cycle is preferred.
