Oracle Financial Application Consultant Employer SUMMIT Job Title Languages Proficiency in Arabic & English Languages Country Egypt   Job Category Finance, Financial Management, Information Technology Job Type Full Time Description The Application consultant will be responsible for the implementation and support of Oracle Financial module - Configure Oracle Financial Application to meet business needs and business process requirements in the financial area - Recommend configuration approaches and testing activities - Work with business financial team members as well as providing support to new / existing users - Maintain comprehensive documentation for the Oracle implementation in the organization for future reference and review - Assist in conducting needs assessment study, preparing scope of works, and functional specification document for the applications - Provide application and business analyst consulting services - Identify solutions through understanding client requirements and researching the options available - Develop Functional specifications for clients - Communicate with customers in a timely and professional manner including management and escalation of client issues as appropriate - Maintain and enhance application knowledge by attending formal training, or self-passed materials - Follow Project Implementation Methodology - Handle Client issues, and respond to problem cases and shoot. Qualifications Bachelor Degree in Accounting - Knowledge in General Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets & Consolidation - Previous experience as an Application Consultant for the Financial module is mandatory. Gender Male Education major Finance Experience Years. Other Skills Excellent communication skills - Understanding of client service philosophies - Knowledge of business practices and standard policies and procedures - Extensive application knowledge - Proficient with personal computer tools, preferably Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel and Ms Project - Ability to work hard for project objectives and according to project schedule- Ability to handle multiple tasks or projects.
