Qualifications * A bachelors or masters degree in computer science, information technology management or a related field * 4 - 5 years experience in a technology environment (several years in a professional services environment preferred) * Candidate must have at least 2 years practical working experience as a Software Support * Previous portals industry experience would be a plus * Project Management experience would be a plus, as well as process design and documentation * Must possess good analytical and communication skills, time-management aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot defects and solve complex problems. * Common operating system experience, Windows, Unix, Linux and PHP. * Consults with customers about software system design and maintenance.
