Ensure effectiveness of operations, and appropriate control environment are in place, via various monitoring activities. Participates effective and efficiently in identifying, managing and minimising companys risks issues. Own the majority of work related to management of Audit Committee. Maintains liaison with the operational staff and acts within the framework of the department providing a centre of advice and guidance on control issues.
Experience in financial services and knowledge in risk management, compliance concepts, IT industry, financial reporting and auditing techniques. 
Any
Business Administration
3 - 5 Years.
Regulatory: Various rules, laws, regulations issued by any government Office/regulator affecting CIL operations and any related regulatory issues. Legal knowledge is an asset Risk And Compliance Management:Awareness of risk management process and the main risks of insurance operations. Industry:Awareness and understanding of the financial services generally, insurance services specifically and CIL industry position and main competitors. CIL Business:Good understanding of CIL structure and products is an asset.
