Description
|
Ensure effectiveness of operations, and appropriate control
environment are in place, via various monitoring activities.
Participates effective and efficiently in identifying, managing and
minimising companys risks issues.
Own the majority of work related to management of Audit Committee.
Maintains liaison with the operational staff and acts within the
framework of the department providing a centre of advice and guidance on
control issues.

in financial services and knowledge in risk management, compliance
concepts, IT industry, financial reporting and auditing techniques. |

Regulatory:
Various rules, laws, regulations issued by any government
Office/regulator affecting CIL operations and any related regulatory
issues. Legal knowledge is an asset

the main risks of insurance operations.
Industry:Awareness and understanding of the financial services
generally, insurance services specifically and CIL industry position and
main competitors.
CIL Business:Good understanding of CIL structure and products is an
asset. |
