Description
Ultimately responsible for centralizing all bits of technical documentation from various technology groups, reformatting them on a WiKi server and managing its multiple realms (and associated permissions ) and its revision control system —Taking notes and writing minutes of daily technical meetings.
Qualifications
•Fresh graduate from computer science, preferably with a solid networking background •Fluent in English (spoken & written, good orthography is mandatory) •Fast typist to takes notes on the fly during meetings, in order to publish minutes shortly after the meeting’s completion, capable of putting short long conversations on specific topics (summarizing skill) •Thoroughness and willingness to do a “neat & complete job” (attention to details, yet, not a perfectionist) •Capacity and willingness to learn new technologies and concepts, either in tutored or in self-study modes. •Fluency in Python to edit WiKi templates is a plus. •Administrative experience of MoinMoin is a plus. •Knowledge of LATEX is a plus.
