Description
|
1.Plan and execute support policy under the supervision of IT manager.
2.Train and coach support specialists on any technology updates, trouble
shoot methodologies and support technics.
3.Keep track of licensing expiration and deal with renewals dates.
4.Provide necessary reports for IT manager, and contribute with
solutions to minimize support issues.
5.Investigates, plans, implements, tests, and debug operating system
(platform and installed software).
6.Participates in budget planning, implementation, and monitoring for
purchase and maintenance of hardware
And software.
7.Implement procedures necessary for trouble shooting, technical
supports and any requirements by users according to predefined IT
support policy.
8.Participates in the development of operating goals and objectives for
the unit.
9.Analyzes and resolves problems on complex computer applications and
systems for staff across organization level.
10.Coordinate and manage vendors for advanced technical assistance and
support, related to licensed and installed systems according to
contracting conditions with vendors.
11.Researches, analyzes, and recommends appropriate computer hardware
for customized computer configurations
