Handling the AUC switchboard calls. • Answering internal and external calls. • Connecting the calls to departments. • Making private/ business overseas and mobile calls for the AUC faculty/staff. • Use of telephone directory and inter departmental extensions list. • Answering the faculty emergency phone(during holidays) in case of any (medical , maintenance) emergency. • Report any telephone faults to the Head of Telephone & Fax Operation.
Relative Customer services education and experience Excellent command of the English language both written and spoken • At least 2 years experience in a telephone operator or customer services position. Friendly professional attitude, strong work ethic, cooperative, systematic. Basic computer skills
