Description	•Lead and manage resources to ensure Group accounting policies & procedures are implemented to yield timely, accurate, and relevant financial information to management. •Ensure an effective financial management through different subsidiaries, financial and operating controls, financial reporting and information system. • Flow, with management, the evaluation of debt and capital structure for new facilities or loans. • Review the year business plan, approve the annual budgets, financial statements, and the legal requirements including taxation, dividends, and annual reports. •Research upon the available investment vehicles in the region and recommend investment strategies. •Focus on consolidation and unified policies, procedures, chart of accounts, authorization limits.
Qualifications	Bachelor degree in commerce.
