Main responsibilities: It is anticipated that the job holder would, in particular, focus on the following: a. Registering students. b. Providing course information. c. Updating information. d. Helping students with: Visa issues. Accommodation. Translation. Inquiries. Complaints. General assistance. e. Carrying out general office work. f. Promoting social activities. g. Supporting other members of staff.
EXPECTATIONS. Customer care staff must be out-going, able to listen carefully, remain calm under pressure, use computer system with confidence and most importantly, be a friendly, nice person that students feel that can talk to.
