Description	1.Software Design & Development 1.1.Design, code, unit test, build and deploy software 1.2.Document developed software 1.3.Responsibility for liaising with client representatives when necessary 1.4.Maintain (enhance/modify) software 1.5.Develop system documentation 1.6.Responsibility for setting development methods, processes and procedures with the project team 2.Quality assurance 2.1.Peer review architectural designs of peers and junior developers (and ensure own designs are peer reviewed) 2.2.Ensure the project team complies with IGI standards and guidelines
Qualifications	1. Excellent knowledge of and experience in more than one software language 2 commercial experience of working within software development projects 3.Able to interpret specifications, design, develop code, test, and perform QA functions throughout the development cycle 4.Experience with Windows server platforms. 5.Solid knowledge and experience with the Object-Oriented methodology is a must. Understanding design patterns is very desirable. 6.ERP Services experience preferable. 7.Must have Microsoft technology specific skills: C# / VB - strong knowledge ASP.NET SQL Server 2000 Web Services SharePoint Portal Content Management Server, Reporting services, Analysis services
