•Responsible for all secretarial and administrative work including filing, sending and receiving mails and faxes, •Responsible for handling traveling arrangements and hotels for General Manager and staff, •Handle all telephone calls, correspondence, and appointments for General Manager and staff, •Attend meetings with GM and write minutes of meetings, •Prepare and acquire approval for any kind of documents related to employees or outside missions, •Supervise the distribution of incoming mail and the efficient transmission of outgoing mail, •Perform other related tasks as required.
•A relevant Bachelor’s degree. •Professional user of Microsoft Office,
