• It is absolutely necessary to keep confidentiality concerning matters and information which are channeled to the office. • Tasks the overall responsibility for performing secretarial duties such as (filling, scheduling, channeling information, word processing and various departments signature books). • Responsible for handling and managing all administrative matters for the day to day business within executive office. • Various meetings, either to be notes or minutes or to be informed. • The Executive Secretary is completely aware of the internal company standards, policy and procedures over which she will help that they are cared of and implemented.
