Description	1. Understanding and ensuring compliance with the health and safety regulations and quality standards. 2. Meet Performance Review objectives. 3. Maintain and modify existing systems. 4. Deliver allocated tasks on‐time, in‐budget and to‐specification. 5. SEIMENSE S7 PLC troubleshooting and problem-solving. 6. Handle instrument specification and selection. 7. Control system checkout, start-up, and loop tuning. 8. Used HART communicator, Field Bus Communicator, pressure test pump and other test devices for calibration. 9. Maintenance, commissioning & calibration of instrument equipments of every leader manufacture Fisher-Rosemount, Foxboro, etc., regulators, transmitters, vibration instruments, control valves and other electronic and pneumatic control devices. 10. Coordinate and manage contractors. 11. To maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all work in formats required. 12. Supply necessary materials, tools and equipment for properly work. Ensure that all tools, test instruments and equipment are kept in clean and serviceable conditions. 13. Issue daily activity reports for performed job, cause of the fault, required materials, labor and time taken to complete works.
Qualifications	• Calibration for common types of pressure, level and flow transmitters and switches. • Temperature elements and transmitters. • Control valves calibration and maintenance (Actuators and positioners). • Wiring diagrams and P&ID reading and troubleshooting. • PID control concepts. • PLC basic knowledge (advanced is preferred). • SCADA basic knowledge (advanced is preferred). • Safety background. • Managerial skills. • 3-5 years experience • Bachelor in Electrical or Telecommunication and Electronics Engineering • Preferred Alexandria residents.
