Description	Lead and conduct Lean Six Sigma projects; Conduct training for organization team members on LSS tools including the Green Belt program; Support capital projects with LSS tools; Develop and document Best Practices; Lead deployment of World Class Manufacturing program within the organization; Participate effectively in the deployment of 6S (5S + Safety) program inside the organization.
Qualifications	B.SC of Mechanical or Industrial Engineering; Formalized training in Lean and/or Six Sigma (Black Belt certification is highly required); Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 systems; Experience in using statistical computer packages (Minitab, SPSS, etc.); Minimum 4 years of experience, at least 2 of them in Lean Six Sigma improvement projects.
