Description	• Database Administration:Installs and upgrades the DBMS as needed. Monitors and optimizes the DBMS. Performs backup and recovery of all DBMS databases. Manages database users. Takes appropriate measures to ensure the security of the DBMS data. Performs all system maintenance for the DBMS. Provides technical assistance to institute staff using the DBMS. Recommends hardware upgrades to the database server as needed. • Data Processing and Analysis: Data Entry. Get reports and assists in data analysis using various statistical and database packages. • Hardware and Software: Assists in the management of daily tasks for network and server.
Qualifications	Strong analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to independently complete assigned tasks. Capable of working in team. Proactive, dynamic, self-motivated and creative.
