Description	Daily follow up for material availability and delivery due dates. -Maintains records of order according to forecast and production plans changes and coordinate the change information with suppliers. Generate Materials requirement plan based on Master schedule to support Monthly production schedule/plan -Review forecast vs. actual sales schedule -Provide analysis on Material requirement and obsolescence -Liaise with purchasing and import department on material arrival date -Issuing purchase request with the calculated demand from materials according to the inventory status -Time scheduling the arrival of the materials with the capacity plan -Follow up & control the materials received from the supplier and the materials issued to the production. -Controlling warehouse space to absorb any increasing on the stock.
Qualifications	Excellent communication (verbal and listening) on phone and in person. • Ability to work with a variety of individuals including clients, employees and distributors. • Microsoft Office skills – Excel, Word and Outlook. • Ability to multi-task and change directives quickly. • Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization .
