Description	Perform company valuations using various valuation techniques. Analyze financial statements and build complex financial models. Prepare transaction-related documents and presentations. Research various companies and industries. Present to management existing market opportunities and brief them on transaction status.
Qualifications	Dynamic personality with an ability to effectively sell his/her own ideas. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. Excellent proven academic record. 3 to 5 years experience in the financial services industry. Prior investment banking/corporate finance/private equity experience is a plus. Possess or enrolled in a CFA or an MBA program with a concentration in finance is a plus. Financial modeling experience. Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic. Self-motivated and persistent with excellent communications, analytical, teamwork and presentation skills.
