Description | 1. Plan business development activities (new services, clients, markets, etc….) 2. Plan and priorities personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims. 3. Plan and manage personal business portfolio according to an agreed market development strategy. 4. Analyze sales performance, marketing analysis, competition activities, etc… 5. Set pricing strategies for company services. 6. Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer and satisfaction. 7. Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods. 8. Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information. 9. Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships. 10. Attend external customer meetings and internal meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business development to smooth operation and highest levels of customers’ satisfaction |
