Description | 1) Primary duty is to handle incoming consumer phone calls and emails by acting appropriately 2) Effectively use Customer Care Center technology (i.e. customer registration software, Intranet, Internet, email, phone system) and all tools/resources available 3) Basic knowledgeable on Jacob Delafon products; able to read and understand basic technical publications and diagrams 4) Assist with implementing procedures to maximize up-time and phone coverage. Teamwork will be used to coordinate work schedules to cover projected staffing requirements 5) Professional presentation/image 6) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills |
Qualifications | 1) High University Degree 2) One to three years of work experience required, preferably in a Customer Service environment 3) Experience in a computer or telephone systems area preferred. 4) Excellent English and Arabic language. |
