Description	Establish and maintain solid stock control systems to ensure highest level of parts availability within all P/C and C/V service workshops. Assuring internal / external customer satisfaction. Responsible for ensuring the necessary studies of all company orders through the order planning section as a contribution to the orders validation process. Ensuring that all the order planning processes are followed and matching with the company authority matrix. Establish and maintain a regular full inventory physical count system so as to minimize yearly inventory count discrepancies. Accountable for implementing established warehousing control procedures (manual & system controls). Responsible for accurate inventory & productivity levels. Accountable for establishing, implementing and following up a complete system of control within all warehousing & distribution division so as to assure full adherence to processes, procedures and work instructions according to warehousing manual. Accountable for following the warehouse procedures and policies and trains his team on the proper control of these procedures and policies. Tracks the performance of the team, provides individual and group feedback for improvement and recognizes outstanding effort and achievement implements safety, security, housekeeping and sanitation programs. Designs and implements the necessary KPIs and reporting for the warehousing and distribution departments and reports them to the director.
Qualifications	University Graduate in Public, Business Administration or in a relevant discipline. 7 to 10 years experience of which more than 5 years should have been in a senior managerial administrative position. Preferable an automotive experience. Professional personal appearance Demonstrated performance at the senior management. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English are essential. Computer literate. Good knowledge of ERP. High level of honesty is required
