Description	1.Define the processes which required to be monitored and controlled. 2.Develop performance monitoring and control scheme. 3.Define controlling points and measures. 4.Develop systems and procedures to the required data and reports. 5.Provide analysis to the gathered data and reports. 6.Conclude results and recommend corrective actions. 7.Receive feedback on corrective actions and re-measure for modifications. 8.Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and utilize them in performance measuring. 9.Communicate with operations departments for performance improvement.
Qualifications	•One to two years of experience. •BA Degree in engineering, electrical department. •Excellent Computer skills. •Well organized. •Good analytical skills.
