Description	-Work closely with the Catering / Sales manager. -Responsible for coordinating and overseeing events such as client events, social functions, charitable/promotional events and seminars. -Source and recommend vendors, suppliers, caterers, promotional items, and negotiate costs. -Gather and help prepare material and coordinate logistics for PowerPoint presentations and their formatting as required. Identify and resolve event issues to minimize complications. -Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, and suppliers
Qualifications	-Previous experience in in event planning. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Effectively manage time and resources to ensure that work is completed efficiently. -Attention to detail -An excellent organizer -A friendly personality with a genuine interest in servicing people. Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships, working effectively and cooperatively with team members
