Description | 1. Make recovery for windows and drivers. 2. Make backup for data in case. 3. Installing and configure the drivers in any machine. 4. Installing and configure the IPGs (Printers & Scanners). 5. Troubleshooting for any machine (Computer, Printer, or Scanners, etc). 6. Make report for the problem in software and find solution. 7. Make troubleshooting report for hardware and detect the problem and Find Solution. 8. Support for any problem in IT products by phone or other communication way. 9. Check any product in the case of refund and give his report to the Branch Manager in the case if the defect from the Industry OR Miss Use. |
Qualifications | 1. The candidate must be computer science or management Information System graduate or any equivalent bachelor degree. 2. Has an extensive knowledge about (A+) or (N+) 3. Excellent command of MS office. 4. Has strong knowledge about operation systems (Microsoft Windows 7, XP and Vista) 5. Very good command of both written and spoken English. |
