Description | Responsible for the recruitment and hiring process. Follow the necessary process for hiring from getting necessary approvals Maintains employees files and records in compliance with applicable legal requirements Responsible for the hiring / termination process (issue contracts, social insurance, Clearance, etc…). Prepares varies reports which may be requested by the labour office, social insurance office (Social Insurance Forms, Disability record, Penalties record, etc…). Follow-up on daily attendance of staff Issues employment letters Follow up on contract renewal Follow up on annual leaves Related additional tasks can be assigned as per needs |
