Description	-Managing the execution of the entire project. -Interfacing with all internal departments of the organization of the project. -Interfacing with The customer to the best interest of Huawei ,obtaining the satisfaction of the client. -Analyzing the progress of the delivery, performance, cost control, quality, etc.. -Providing corrective actions on the strategy to prevent any risk ,responsible for Risk Management. -Managing the organization, providing any change as necessary to improve efficiency and to deliver the requirement of the contract according to cost, quality and time. -Communicate the strategy to the team, monitoring and controlling the implementation. -Point of contact and escalation for any issues raising within the team members. -Supervising and supporting the regional team for the implementation of the delivery schedule and for the commitment of the subcontractors. -Monitoring and controlling that guideline/standards/procedure are correctly implemented with the support of the project team. -Emphasize Health & Safety regulations on the project to the project team and auditing the implementation.
Qualifications	- Bachelor degree of Engineering (Major Telecommunication). -Minimum 5 years international telecommunication experience. -Fluent English. -Excellent communication, negotiation ,managerial &interpersonal skills. -Good knowledge of the telecom industry standards, operation modules and technical. -Creative,initiative,Customer service skills,& ability to execute tasks in a high-pressure environment .
