| Description | 1.Comply with recruitment policies and procedures, discuss recruitment policies with superiors to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programs and advise requests on each step to follow. 2.Collects Annual Hiring Plan from Dep. Heads & submit it to HR Manager & Chairman for approval. 3.Ensure title compliance and consistency with Giza Systems Organization Chart and HR Manager/HR Section Head. 4.Collect and review candidate CVs and assess their suitability for positions as per the hiring plan. 5.Filter HR Mail to build a database of CVs. 6.Make sure the existence of updated job descriptions and grades for each title in the hiring plan before recruitment. 7.Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews, by coordinating schedules and logistics. 8.Conduct interviews (phone, panel interviews etc) and reference checks. 9.Recruit graduates of colleges, universities and other educational institutions for GSST. 10.Organize advertisements for recruitment campaigns and attend employment fairs. 11.Notify applicants of results of selection process through job offers & JD if accepted and Thank You emails if rejected. 12.Ensure all the hired candidates have been selected upon hiring policy & procedures. 13.Conduct pre-employment English and IQ tests and screen results and scores. |
