Description	Participate in developing policies, programmes and plans for domestic sales Participation in preparation of procurement plans and expectations based on statistical analyses for sales and in coordination with the Purchasing Department. Participate in developing policies, objectives and strategies for sales activities and translated to plans and programmes of long and short-term direct involvement in its implementation through coordination with factory management. -Develop goals and plans sales of different regions in the Republic in the light of directives Mr. Director-General Prepare sales policies and policies motivating salespeople and presented to the Director General for approval. Follow-up studies and statistical analyses that help sales traffic analysis therefore predict expected products quantities sold.
