Description | 1.Monitoring, troubleshooting and resolving Voice and data network problems observed through Network Management Stations or escalated from helpdesk. 2.Operational 24-hours-a-day, seven days a week. 3.Utilize the trouble ticketing system to reflect the status of all the pending/resolved complaints. 4.Escalate unsolved problems according to the escalation procedures. 5.Responsible for routine checks and backups. 6.Prepare regular reports regarding the PBX and the data network performance. 7.Responsible for the maintenance and upgrades of the NMSs. 8.Send Incident Notification reports to different depts. before planned outage |
Qualifications | •B.Sc. Science, Electrical Engineering, Communications. •Technical Certificate or training related to PBXs and data networks. • TCP/IP knowledge and basic knowledge of routing and troubleshooting. •0- 1 year experience in technical support. •Troubleshooting methods in a mission-critical network environment. •High sense of customer service and ability to deal with customers. |
