| Description | •Manage the following General Housekeeping duties and its supplies (i.e. Cleaning, Pest Control, Janitorial, Buffet & Cafeterias and Plants Care). •Coordinate with different departments within the organization and external authorities re communication lines requirements. Responsible for all landlines, mobile lines subscriptions, payments and reporting analysis. •Supervise & manage the Office Boys and manage their allocation among all premises and departments. •Responsible for the maintenance processes of all Office Equipment & Fixed Assets, including but not limited to: Desks, Chairs, cupboard, furniture … etc. - Faxes, Plasma Screens, Meeting room equipment, Buffet equipment •Set the regular/periodically preventive maintenance plans for fleet and ensure its implementation. Follow-up with external workshops the maintenance & repairs needed. •Supervise the licensing issuance and renewals of the Fleet and collaborate with Insurance companies the needed recovery of fleet in case of accidents. •Ensure minimum time responses to transportation reservations and collaborate with Procurement Department to cover extra transportation requirements via renting approach when needed. •Monitoring, analyzing and reporting on a monthly basis the all expenses and approve all payments within the set approval power. |
