| Description | • Assist in implementing business development plans for the dealership to enhance brand image and integrate best practices up to Mercedes-Benz standards (Sales & After/Sales). • Assist in setting & coordinating Development/Training plans for Sales & After/Sales Staff in coordination with functions heads • Manage dealership Corporate Identity “CI” / Corporate Design “CD” compliance. • Assist in providing Business Marketing Intelligence analysis to Top Management (market study with relevant trends, macro/micro & income elements, competitive analysis…..etc). • Monitor and analyze inter-company processes and apply corrective/ preventative action when required. • Follow up on company under development projects with relevant functions and perform regular visits to existing premises for setting upgrading plans and ensuring CI compliance. |
