Description	• Daily management of internal staff and Trade Contractors. • Day to day running of all site activities, management of plant, labour and equipment to achieve the best possible level of health and safety, quality and production. • Co-ordination with others to ensure site is closely managed for all quality, environmental, health and safety issues that may arise. • Ensure that site activities are planned and forecast dates of all site activities are relayed to the Client. • Attend and write minutes for weekly Trade Contractor progress meetings. • Ensure that all aspects of requests for information, inspection testing, drawing submittals, material submittals, site inspections, daily reports and notices as required – are properly maintained & monitored. • Direct liaison and co-ordination between the Site Engineer and the relevant Trade Contractors. • Estimate site duration, monitor plant and materials, agree and implement site access and plant movement as required. • Ensure that Trade Contractor performance is regulated. • Liaise with Senior Construction Manager and Client on all aspects of site information. • Ensure Senior Construction Manager is kept informed of all problems and possible solutions.
Qualifications	• B.S.C of Civil/Architectural engineering. • Very good knowledge of local suppliers and contractors. • Very good communication skills in English; both written & verbal • Strong Interpersonal and collaboration skills • Strong Leadership and motivational skills
